So who's Julian, anyway?

Thanks for dropping by. I’m a Canadian graphic and UX/UI designer with a BDes. in Graphic Design for Marketing and a passion for design systems and digital storytelling. I’ve worked in print, branding, marketing, UX/UI, and information architecture using the Adobe Creative Suite, as well tools like Figma, Hootsuite and Framer.
My design approach is a handy combo of research and extensive nose-in-the-sketchbook ideation to find the best direction for a project. Great design is both functional and tells the story you want to tell, and what better way to tell your story than to understand it inside and out?
Outside of work I’m an avid biker, tech geek, and builder of models, and I dabble a little bit in writing and worldbuilding.
